Pilgrim’s Pride (PPC): JBS N.V. (JBS) announced that it has submitted a non-binding proposal to the Board of Pilgrim’s Pride to acquire all of the outstanding shares that are not owned by JBS for a fixed exchange ratio of 2.086 JBS Class A common shares for each Pilgrim’s Pride share, pricing it at roughly $28.49 per Pilgrim’s Pride share.
