American Airlines (AAL): United Airlines (UAL) CEO Scott Kirby pitched the potential for merging with American Airlines in a meeting with U.S. President Donald Trump in late February. (Reuters)

Vera Bradley (VRA): The Board approved an amendment to the shareholder rights plan under which the final expiration date has been accelerated from October 11, 2026, to April 17, 2026. (Press Release)

FedEx (FDX): FedEx CFO John Dietrich will step down following the completion of the company’s planned freight spinoff. He will leave the CFO role on June 1 and depart the company on July 31. (Bloomberg)
Corteva (CTVA): Corteva announced the leadership team for “New Corteva,” the crop protection business that will remain the parent post-separation, with the spin-off still on track for Q4 2026. Luke Kissam will serve as CEO, with Greg Page as Chair. New Corteva leadership will host an Investor Day on September 15, 2026. (Press Release)
AB Foods (ASBFY): Associated British Foods is expected to outline plans to separate its Primark fashion chain from its food businesses when it gives an update on a review of the group’s structure on April 21, 2026.
