Brighthouse Financial (BHF): TPG (TPG) and Aquarian Holdings, an asset manager backed by Abu Dhabi’s Mubadala Capital, both submitted offers at a small premium to Brighthouse’s market value in the final round of bidding earlier this month. (FT)
