Time changes all things – The Special Situation Report is no exception.

I started this newsletter as an extension of my own research process.

And I am glad I did – it opened new doors for me, and hopefully provides some value to you. Two years and 122 editions later, the Report is still going strong.

That being said, my time running The Special Situation Report has come to an end. I am pleased to report that I have reached an agreement with Asif Suria and his firm, InsideArbitrage, by which he will acquire and run the newsletter going forward. I look forward to watching the direction he takes it.
