In January 2022, the public markets were in the midst of a major merger wave, experiencing a surge in investor activism, and digesting a glut of new offerings.

I was finding an abundance of event-driven investing ideas, scattered across disparate reaches of various SEC filings, parts of the investment community, and financial media. 

I standardized a process to log the news and ideas so that I could personally keep up with all of the happenings in the market, and started posting my weekly recap on Substack.

A few months in, my work has found an audience of hundreds of like-minded investors.
